Frequently asked questions
We don't exhibit products – won't the video be boring?
Not at all. We don't need products to present your appearance in an exciting, representative way. Booth atmosphere, team and brand carry the video. On request we add a short staff statement.
We have a small booth – is a video still worth it?
Absolutely. Booth size says nothing about video quality. We make even small booths look great.
What about usage rights?
Once the invoice is paid, all rights are yours – unlimited in time and place. Use the footage freely, wherever and for as long as you like.
How fast do we get the footage?
Usually within 3 days max. after filming, conveniently via download. Need it faster? Our express service delivers within 24 hours.
How can we prepare for the shoot?
Best let your booth staff know a team is coming and keep the booth tidy. For a statement it helps to jot down the key messages beforehand – no one has to read from a script.
